It makes sense to entrust the task to the employee who will cope with it best of all, or who will fulfill the duties on time, and not to the one who is free now, or who is easier to negotiate with. And, of course, you don’t have to rush around: give some task to one person or another, expecting that the result will change from a change in the places of the terms. No, a permanent executor will quickly figure out his mistakes and learn how to do business efficiently.

5. Give detailed instructions
